"Unfortunately we are in Berkeley Ca."
Oh... I realize that at some point I will have to venture over to the Wicked West. Over there there is just too much "Monogamy?" material to not pay it a visit.
"but a few years ago we did an interview for a would be documentary about "radical love" by a female film maker from Florida."
Was this filmed or just the sound recorded? If filmed would there be any way to view the material to see if it could be included in our film?
"She did not get funding to make her film."
It's always a struggle.
"But that interview is a good introduction of my philosophy, etc, of tribal relationship, etc. I am having the interview transcribed tonight and I will send you it."
Thank you very much.

I just looked into it. Great fun!

Hi, Sheri! Tomi is a film maker who is making a documentary about Monogamy, Polyamory , etc. and Penny Arcade for some reason suggested me to him. Since the interview with you captured powerfully our thoughts, philosophy, etc on the subjects, I am having it transcribed to send to him.
Tomi, that is happening. We had some tech issues last night. But we have conquered them! And it is a long interview. But I can see Jen still typing!
During the interview we were videoing them videoing us, which we then played on my public access cable show. We are doing the transcript from our tape. Sheri's footage should be much more what you would use than ours.
So... Sheri, this is Tomi. Tomi, this is Sheri!

thanks, David, for the list of sponsors. But we still need to nail down the answer to The question of is there a policy of providing upon request the contact information of the local sponsor /producer of a show on B-TV. And if there is, what is the policy exactly? If there is not such a policy any more, when did it change and why? For years before every show on B-TV there was a notice: "THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTENT OF THE SHOW IS THAT OF THE LOCAL SPONSOR /PRODUCER. THE CONTACT INFORMATION OF THE SPONSOR /PRODUCER IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST." I think the logic of this policy was the city and its third party non- profit agent BERKELEY COMMUNITY MEDIA as well as the cable company are prohibited "from exercising editorial control over content of programs carried on PEG channels and absolved them from liability for that content." (Sec. 638, 639 - Baldwin, 407, 180; Roberts). So people should be able to talk to the local sponsors and producers about the content of the shows.
I see that BERKELEY COMMUNITY MEDIA is listed as the sponsor for two of the shows. This seems to violate the prohibition "from exercising editorial control over content of program." how does this work? this is disturbing!
