Re: important comp ticket policy

hi artists:

this is a very important message about the ticket/comp policy for POW! POW!. we have had to change what we originally listed in the artist agreement.

here's what the artist agreement originally stated:
Each artist in the festival will receive 2 comp tickets total. The tickets can be used for any night. If there is more than 1 artist per group, the entire group will receive 2 tickets. Every participating artist will also receive free admission to each night of the festival.

this is the revision:

we are very, very sorry we have to change this, but we have been told that we have a limit of ONLY 49 people allowed in the climate theater per night. if we allow every participating artist - which totals over 30 people - into each night of POW! POW! for free, there will no room for any other audience...it will be all of POW! POW! watching all of POW! POW!. this is awesome, but...we want the world to see our work, right?! :)

so, here's what we need from you:

NAME(S) OF WHO IS IN YOUR PIECE AND WHICH NIGHT YOU ARE PERFORMING

NAMES OF PEOPLE + NIGHTS WHO YOU WILL BE USING YOUR 2 COMP TICKETS.
also - please note that there was typo on our press release - the 4 day pass for the festival is $40, not $30. please change as necessary.
